Claudia Leitch is an MSc Student at the University of Oxford studying Translational Health Science, an interdisciplinary degree looking at the issues that influence the adoption of healthcare research translation. She is also an innovation fellow at Daya Ventures, where she creates SoTA Literature Reviews on topics in women’s health to help the team make Femtech investment decisions, as well as assists subsidiary startups with research and strategy.
Formerly, she was a data consultant and project manager in the SaaS enterprise industry, with additional past experience in content & influencer marketing and PR. She is most excited about taking on new challenges, learning, and working with brilliant teams to build excellent products.

After a decade of struggling with hormonal health, Claudia is interested in supporting organizations that are helping women take control of their bodies. From menstruation, to endometriosis, menopause, and fertility, the FemHealth Tech world is expected to grow 20% by 2030. Closing the gender health gap could produce $1 Trillion of GDP annually around the world. Claudia is looking to be part of that revolution.
